El papá de Rafa es médico. Conoce muy bien al pequeño, y trata de enseñarle cómo se cuida de los demás.

Le gusta leer el periódico mientras desayuna, aunque Rafa le interrumpa con una curiosa propuesta.

Normalmente se deja un poco de barba para parecer más serio en la consulta, pero afeitado rejuvenece, ¿no os parece?

Rafa's dad is medician. He knows his child very well, and tries to teach him how to take care of the others.

He likes to reed the newspaper whyle he takes breakfast, though Rafa blocks him with a curious suggestion.

He usually wears a little bear to look more serious in the surgery, but he looks youger if he shaves it, don't you think?

La mamá de Rafa se dedica a hacer libros. Gracias a ella, nuestro protagonista conoce el proceso por el cual pasan las historias que ella le lee, hasta tomar la forma de libro que hoy conocemos. Además, es una madre cariñosa, y suele estar en contacto con artistas y escritores que hacen volar la imaginación de los niños.

Rafa's mom works making books. Thanks to her, our protagonist knows how the stories she reads to him turn into the shape of books we know now. Besides, she is a loving mother, and she uses to be in contact with artists and witers who make children's imagination fly.

Os presento a Rafa.

This is Rafa.

¡Uf! hace mucho que no actualizo el blog, aunque en realidad la culpa no es sólo mía, sino también de este niño tan simpático.

Es el protagonista de "Cómo domesticar dragones y padres", un cuento escrito por Catia Goletti y Dina Buneeva, e ilustrado por servidora, que publicará en breves la editorial Alamut. Como podéis ver, al principio pensé que estaría bien con gafitas, pero evolucionó hasta el aspecto que al final ha adquirido. 

Por el momento, podéis reservar el libro por Internet en Cyberdark, pero podéis tenerlo firmado si pasáis por la caseta 172 durante la Feria del Libro de Madrid. Aquí tenéis más información.

Por mi parte, próximamente os iré presentando más personajes, pero no puedo cerrar esta entrada sin poner una pequeña muestra de lo que podréis ver en directo durante la Feria:

Wow! It's been a long time since the last uploading, though I'm not the only guilty, cause this adorable kid is too.

He is the main character of "Cómo domesticar dragones y padres", story written by Catia goletti and Dina Buneeva and illustrated by me, Alamut will publish. As you see, at the beginning, I thought he would be nice with glasses, but he was depeloped until the looked like now.
